El Brujo Archeological Complex located in Magdalena del Cao 60 km / 37 miles from Trujillo, in the Chicama Valley. It is formed by the three following pyramids Huaca Prieta, Huaca Cao and Huaca Cortada. Researchers have found signs of occupation since the pre-ceramic period (5,000 years ago).
